  • Shahine is a gynecologist but allowed to practice plastic surgery due to a New York cosmetic surgery loophole
  • One of Shahine’s patients ended up on the reality TV show ‘Botched’ to correct his mistakes
  • Some cases involve false documents, failed blood tests and septic shock
  • Shahine has been sued for malpractice 15 times since 2013
  • Mob Wives star Renee Graziano is a former patient and had a butt lift from him

Four more women have claimed to be victims of a celebrity plastic surgeon dubbed the Butt Butcher of 34th Street.

Dr. Ayman Shahine, 54, is the New York gynecologist turned plastic surgeon who has been sued for malpractice 15 times since 2013.

Now 12 women allege mistreatment by the doctor who they say talked on his cellphone during surgeries, suggested wrapping themselves in yoga mats for treatment and kept them waiting three days in the waiting room.

Shahine has been charged with 29 counts of negligence, fraud and incompetence.

One patient even ended up on the reality TV show ‘Botched’ to correct the tummy tuck turned liposuction butt injections by Dr. Shahine that left her deformed.

Connie Zuniga, 29, appeared on reality TV show ‘Botched’ to correct the work Dr. Shahine had done

Doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif were appalled by the Shahine’s work

Connie Zuniga, 29, told the ‘Botched’ plastic surgeons in an episode that Shahine suggested removing the fat during her liposuction and pumping it all into her butt because throwing it away would be a ‘hassle’.

Doctors Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif said he must have done that to save money as throwing away fat is expensive.

Zuniga added that the doctor then directed her to swaddle herself in a yoga mat with a book placed on each side of her rear end.

‘This is the most preposterous story in regards to medical treatment and surgery that I ever heard of in my entire life,’ Nassif said in the episode.

According to New York Post, Elizabeth Sanchez said she was rushed to the hospital during her liposuction operation after the doctor injected her with lidocaine, a number agent, in about 50 places leaving her throat to close.

The surgery involves removing fat from other areas of the body and injecting it into a person’s rear end

Another 45-year-old woman said in 2014 she waited three days at Shahine’s office because she had already paid $5,500 and was told she couldn’t get a refund.

She added that she decided to go through with the procedure after seeing singer K. Michelle come into the office for a consultation.

‘You figure that somebody famous is coming in, you’re going to automatically assume that he’s a great doctor,’ the patient said.

She called the results ‘horrible’.

Shahine is also the doctor behind Mob Wives star Renee Graziano’s massive butt boost. He has worked on singer Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris and Nya Lee of VH1’s ‘ Love & Hip Hop: New York,’ according to his web site.

Shahine performed the surgery on Graziano without any anesthesia

Shahine started as an OB-GYN in Brooklyn, but thanks to a loophole in New York state law he was able to open the NY Beauty Surgeon office in Manhattan. The law allows for any doctor to perform cosmetic procedures, even without an anesthesiologist or a nurse.

In one case, Shahine allegedly performed liposuction on a 34-year-old woman without first checking blood-test results that showed she was pregnant, according to the New York Post.

She had a ‘Brazilian butt lift’, a technique of Shahine’s own invention. He removed fat from her abdomen, back, and inner thighs and injected it into her rear end, but allegedly ‘falsely documented’ the amount of fat removed.

New York State law limits how much fat can be removed at locations other than a hospital.
